RATES

  • 1-2 person Occupancy
  • $1650 month to month, includes all utilities, minimum 30 day stay. Amenable to discussing longer lease for a lower rate
  • A $700 reservation deposit is required. Becomes fully refundable after converting to security deposit based on move-out condition of cottage. PayPal/Venmo available to reserve the cottage and rent payments
  • A $250 cleaning deposit is required upon arrival. Fully refundable based on move-out condition of cottage.
  • $2600 moves you into a fabulously comfortable space close to everything in Portland
  • No smoking, drugs or pets please
